We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the app's features, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
In line with Google Play's Developer Program Policies and Data Safety requirements, Crinit provides users with clear ways to request deletion of their account and associated data.
Request deletion by email. You can request full deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us at snipthink@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", using the email address or account details registered with Crinit. We verify the request and permanently delete the associated account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Automatic deletion after account deletion. If you delete your account from within the app (where available) or your deletion request is processed, your personal data is scheduled for permanent removal. Any residual data kept in backups for continuity purposes is purged within 90 days.
Automatic deletion for inactive accounts. If an account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days after a deletion request is initiated (or, for accounts flagged inactive without further action from the user), we automatically and permanently delete the account and its associated personal data from our active systems.
Data that we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting purposes may be kept in a de-identified or archived form for the minimum period required by applicable law, even after account deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Crinit is intended for farmers, agricultural businesses, and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of Crinit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
